About Heather

Heather is an internationally produced playwright and novelist with 26 years of experience in Ivy League admissions. She earned her MFA from the University of Iowa Playwrights’ Workshop and was a Senior Fellow in playwriting at Dartmouth College, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude. 

Being an admission expert and a mother of three Ivy League students, Heather brings both professional and personal insights into what it truly takes to build a standout application. Having read thousands of applications as a former Dartmouth admissions reader, she understands how colleges evaluate extracurriculars beyond titles and awards.
